Rob has been in I.T. and I.T. Security for 19 years. He has experience in all levels of I.T. from basic hardware assembly and repair to threat response and remediation. Rob started working with Brokers and Real-Estate related clientele in 2010 and saw an immediate need for security and technology reforms in the industry. He has pushed for tighter broker controls and tighter I.T. security ever since, helping individual brokers and firms to better protect their client’s data. When he’s not behind a desk, reviewing security logs and client update status, he’s playing LEGO with his 5-year-old daughter and 7-year-old son.

Coming from a background in banking, Tyler was always struck by the gap in cybersecurity between big institutions and independent mortgage brokers. That disconnect became his mission: to make high-level protection simple, accessible, and fast for professionals handling sensitive financial data.
With years of experience as a bank manager and lending specialist, Tyler knows the risks that come with holding client information—and how overwhelming security can feel without the right plan. His strength is in translating complex systems into clear, actionable strategies tailored to each client’s needs.

Outside of work, he’s a dedicated family man who thrives on strong coffee, weekend sports with his kids, and building something meaningful—on and off the field.

Ben leads the BVigilant team with a mission rooted in real-world experience. After building cybersecurity systems to protect his own professional firm, he saw just how vulnerable service-based businesses can be when handling sensitive client data. BVigilant was born from that realization—with the goal of bringing clear communication, fast response times, and high-quality protection to every professional services firm that needs it.
As a former Olympic gold medalist and national team coach, Ben brings a high-performance mindset to everything we do. He keeps the team focused, the standards high, and the clients protected—without the technical overwhelm.
When he’s not working alongside the team or fine-tuning our systems, Ben’s dreaming of his next trip to Italy—preferably with a strong coffee and a quiet moment to reflect on a job well done.
