Rob Mark

Rob has been in I.T. and I.T. Security for 17 years. He has experience in all levels of I.T. from basic hardware assembly and repair to threat response and remediation. Rob started working with Brokers and Real-Estate related clientele in 2010 and saw an immediate need for security and technology reforms in the industry. He has pushed for tighter broker controls and tighter I.T. security ever since, helping individual brokers and firms to better protect their client’s data. When he’s not behind a desk, reviewing security logs and client update status, he’s playing LEGO with his 3-year-old daughter and 5-year-old son."

Brad Scheerer

Brad worked for many years as an underwriter and assistant to one of Canada's leading mortgage brokers. During this time they completed over 1600 files and held a funding ratio of over 90%. He lives and breathes efficiencies. He has a broad range of industry knowledge and is always seeking to better understand the needs of the brokering industry. He is continually learning about the industry's pain points and puts in the effort to research and test the solutions available. Brad has a strong drive to create, motivated by a desire to learn, improve, design & build. This combined with his process-oriented approach make BVigilant a good fit.

Tyler McTaggart

Tyler brings a unique approach to mortgages by designing tailored mortgage solutions for his clients. Before becoming a broker, Tyler had a long career within the banking industry as both a bank branch manager and a construction lending specialist. He is driven to help people solve complex problems they feel are in the way of achieving their dreams. He is a family man, who values the time he and his children spend together, from the very first time he carried them right through to playing sports with them today. Not often without a coffee in hand, Tyler is someone for whom hard work comes naturally, and who will work hard with the team to ensure BVigilant meets your needs and expectations.
